Prime app allows creating badges that display the total visitor count, for any product, in a given timeframe. It can be used to create urgency as it shows the interest level in the product. Example:
56 visitors in the last hour OR 7 people current viewing
The order counter can be displayed by adding the {{VisitorCounter}} dynamic data field in the badge text.
You can specify the timeframe to consider for calculating the total visitors by configuring it on the Visitor Count Settings page.
You can also add a badge display condition based on the visitor count number.
Note:
- {{VisitorCount}} dynamic data field is available for Gold Plan users only.
- If the account is downgraded after adding badges having Visitor Count, then those badges will stop being displayed.
- Badges having {{VisitorCount}} will only be visible on product pages. They will not be available on collection, home or search pages.
